John Sedarous is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups.

John represents private equity sponsors, asset managers and public and private companies in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, minority and growth investments, secondary transactions and joint ventures, along with general corporate and governance matters. John's experience spans a variety of industries, including technology, health care, consumer goods, hospitality, sports and entertainment.

John earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he received the Paul C. Weiler Award for Achievement in Sports Law.
