Jeremiah K. Evans is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Credit Group.

Jeremiah earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2022, where he was honored with the Corporate Compliance and Enforcement Prize and inducted into the Order of Barristers. While at NYU Law, Jeremiah served as an Executive Editor for the Moot Court Board; worked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York; and worked at the New York State Office of the Attorney General.

Jeremiah received his B.A. cum laude from Davidson College in 2018, where his senior thesis earned him Departmental Honors for Outstanding Political Science Research. Prior to law school, Jeremiah participated in the SEO Law Fellowship Program at a New York law firm.
