Jay Frankel is a corporate associate in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group. He is currently on client secondment.
Jay earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. from Yeshiva University. While at Harvard, he served as a Submissions Manager for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Jay worked as an associate in the Intellectual Property and Technology group at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
