Emily Carling is a Private Credit associate and member of the Global Finance practice and Private Capital Team. Emily’s practice is focused on representing private credit funds and alternative lenders in UK and cross-border leverage acquisition finance.
Emily has experience working on various structures including unitranche, club and PIK-debt financings and mezzanine, first out/last out and senior/super senior structures across the middle market. Her experience encompasses other investment products relevant to the private credit market, including lender co-investments, note purchases and bond issuances.
Emily is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and prior to joining Proskauer was a general banking and finance associate at Clifford Chance in London. Her early career experience included a secondment to a prominent global investment bank, which has provided her with significant commercial insight.
