Delia Karamouzis

Delia Karamouzis is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department and a member of the Employment Litigation and Counseling Groups.

Delia represents employers across a broad range of labor and employment matters, including complex employment litigation, alternative dispute resolution, labor-management relations, and internal investigations.  She represents clients in high-stakes single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class and collective actions involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.  In addition to her litigation practice, Delia counsels employers on workplace policies, compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and day-to-day employment matters.  She advises clients across a range of industries, with a particular focus on professional sports, media and entertainment, financial services, healthcare, and law firms.

Delia received her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and the Moot Court Board.  She also served as Co-Chair of the Fordham Sport Law Forum’s Annual Symposium.  Delia earned her B.A. in History, summa cum laude, from Boston College.   

During law school, Delia served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Madeline Singas of the New York Court of Appeals, the Honorable Vincent L. Briccetti in the Southern District of New York, and the Civil Appeals Mediation Program of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
