Chris Gardephe is the Firm’s Chief Knowledge and Change Management Officer. In this role, Chris leads a team responsible for developing, implementing and promoting strategic initiatives related to client and practice technologies, data science and analytics, knowledge management, and other innovations. Chris works closely with the Knowledge Management, Innovation, Legal Project Management, Pricing, Knowledge Services, and e-Discovery teams to ensure optimal use of the Firm’s technological resources. Chris has over 20 years of experience at major law firms, including over 15 years at Proskauer in a number of key roles. Chris also was a practicing lawyer and worked in politics.
