Carolyn Sarif-Killea is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Corporate and Fund Finance Group.
Carolyn represents investment funds, private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and financial institutions in a variety of public and private finance transactions, including subscription-backed credit facilities, traditional and secondaries NAV facilities, acquisition financings, asset-based financings, partner loan programs, GP financings, workouts and restructurings and other bespoke financings.
Within the firm, she has served on the Associate Council, the Summer Program Committee, and the Proskauer Women’s Alliance Steering Committee, and was one of a small number of women annually selected to be a Protégée for Proskauer’s Women Sponsorship Program, an initiative that champions emerging leaders.
She earned her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and her B.A. magna cum laude with highest honors in Government from Harvard College.
