C. Thomas St. Henry (Tom) is an associate in the Corporate Department and is a member of the Restructuring Group.

Tom’s practice focuses on advising ad hoc groups, asset managers, distressed investment funds, banks, and other credit investors in all aspects of distressed situations. He regularly represents creditors in connection with out-of-court restructurings and debt exchanges, liability management transactions, and complex chapter 11 cases, as well as specialty finance and corporate matters.

Tom also has experience acting for companies and private equity sponsors both in and out of court, including in cross-border insolvency matters.

Tom received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan.
