Bradley M. Presant is an associate in the Litigation Department. He has experience with various stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, coordinating discovery, briefing dispositive and discovery motions, arguing discovery motions, preparing witnesses for depositions and arbitration, and taking and defending depositions. Brad has represented clients in state and federal courts as well as in domestic arbitration proceedings.
Brad was part of several litigation teams that secured a complete victory in an arbitration before a JAMS panel, successfully defended against a Motion for Summary Judgment, reached a favorable settlement and won numerous discovery motions. He has also worked on several sensitive and confidential internal investigations, including reviewing the compliance procedures of a financial institution and drafting a report submitted to the SEC.
Brad served as a law clerk to the Honorable John J. Tuchi of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
Brad earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was an associate editor of the Michigan Journal of Law Reform. While at Michigan, he participated in Michigan’s Litigation Clinic, representing clients in both civil and criminal matters. Brad also worked as a legal intern for the Detroit Pistons and at the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
