Bill Miller is a partner in Proskauer’s Global Finance practice, focusing on capital markets and leveraged finance. He advises major investment banks, financial institutions and corporations on complex, large-scale transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, high-yield debt offerings, syndicated loans, initial public offerings, and follow-on equity offerings.

Bill has represented financing sources in connection with numerous high-profile acquisitions and spin-offs, including numerous groundbreaking acquisitions and several landmark leveraged buyouts.  He has represented the underwriters in numerous initial public offerings and follow-on equity offerings.  He also represents investment banks and financial advisors in connection with debt refinancings and comprehensive out-of-court debt restructurings.

In addition to representing lenders and underwriters, Bill advises issuers and sponsors, including guiding Foresight Energy Partners through its initial public offering and subsequent restructuring and sale.

Bill has been recognized throughout his career for his work in finance.
