Bharat K. Moudgil is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Credit Group. He represents lenders across a broad range of financing structures, including traditional senior secured and hybrid capital arrangements. His clients include a wide array of credit providers, including private debt funds, BDCs, banks and other institutional investors, in connection with acquisition financings, restructurings and recapitalizations in direct, club and syndicated deals in the middle and upper middle markets
His experience spans a variety of industries, including software and technology, business services, professional services platforms and alternative business structures and life sciences and healthcare businesses, including developers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and other therapeutics.
During law school, Bharat served as managing editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law and was a judicial intern for the Honorable James S. Moody of the United States District Court.
