Benjamin Benzakine is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Department and a member of our Private Equity Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
He advises private equity sponsors and corporates on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, with a primary focus on LBO and M&A matters. His experience spans acquisitions and disposals, strategic investments and partnerships, continuation fund transactions and public-to-private operations, as well as related corporate governance matters.
His practice covers both listed and privately held companies, including clients in technology/IT, business and professional services, and consumer and retail, and he supports clients throughout the full lifecycle of their transactions.
Benjamin is also an active member of the firm’s Associate Council, where he is particularly involved in advancing IT and digital innovation initiatives designed to enhance the quality, efficiency and consistency of service delivered to clients.
