Proskauer

Arthur Burke is an associate in Proskauer’s Sports Group. He represents sports leagues (including the National Basketball Association, National Hockey League and Major League Soccer) in their various corporate matters, particularly on team ownership transfers and material corporate agreements. He has advised multiple sports leagues on their private equity investment policies and has represented numerous leagues and teams with respect to their first private equity investment transactions. He also works with companies in a variety of matters in the media and sports betting sectors, including various corporate matters for the Seminole Hard Rock Digital gaming platform.
