Alisha Gupta is an associate in the Litigation Department, where she represents multinational corporations and individual clients in complex commercial disputes and white collar investigations. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including drafting dispositive motions, conducting and managing e-discovery, oral argument preparation, working with experts and preparing witnesses for deposition. Her investigative work includes conducting witness interviews, building detailed chronologies and preparing presentations for regulatory agencies, including the DOJ and SEC.

Alisha received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and graduated with a B.A. magna cum laude from Cornell University.
