Alice advises private equity sponsors on complex mergers and acquisitions, carve-out transactions and joint ventures. With more than a decade of experience executing sophisticated transactions for leading sponsors, Alice brings a unique perspective shaped by her work at top law firms and as the sole in-house lawyer at a mid-market private equity fund. In that role, she led legal workstreams on multiple investments, giving her a practical, results-oriented approach to dealmaking.

Known for her steady leadership and clarity under pressure, she is widely regarded for her ability to anticipate client needs, resolve challenges before they escalate and keep negotiations on track.
