Alexander Bondarenko is a special finance counsel in the Corporate Department and a member of The Private Credit Group.
Alex represents private credit providers in middle-market financing transactions, with a wide range of clients including senior lenders, business development companies, mezzanine funds, small business investment company funds, insurance companies and sovereign wealth funds. He has experience with unitranche, first lien, second lien, secured and unsecured mezzanine and debtor-in-possession financings, across a variety of industries.
