Abby Siegel is a senior counsel in the Real Assets and Hospitality, Gaming & Leisure Groups.
Abby’s practice spans a broad range of real estate matters, with a focus on representing developers, owners, investors and hospitality brands and managers, in acquiring, developing, branding, licensing and operating hotels, resorts, private clubs, mixed-use projects and other commercial real estate assets.
Her experience includes negotiating purchase and sale, joint venture, management, franchise, branding and private membership club agreements. Abby also represents borrowers in senior, mezzanine and preferred equity financings and workouts for real estate transactions.
Abby earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she served as an associate editor of the UCLA Law Review, was a member of UCLA Law Women Lead and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Abby maintains an active pro bono practice, advocating for survivors of human trafficking and vulnerable low-income populations.
