Proskauer’s Public Sector Practice is dedicated to servicing the unique needs of public sector clients in all aspects of the labor-management relationship – from regularly representing employers before the New York State Public Employment Relations Board and various state and local agencies, employment practices and conciliation proceedings to conducting collective bargaining negotiations, to advising employers on the labor and employment law implications of organizational and operational changes and formulating strategies for implementing such changes.
