March 18, 2015 (New York) – On March 12, Proskauer hosted its annual ERISAFEST conference at the firm's New York office, with a live simulcast at the firm's Los Angeles office. The conference offered in-house legal counsel, plan fiduciaries and professionals involved in the day-to-day administration of employee benefit plans to participate in discussions specific to the employee benefits challenges that their organizations face.

This year's ERISAFEST was hosted by Proskauer's Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group. It consisted of six panels on various ERISA topics, including: 

• U.S. Supreme Court Update and Emerging Issues 
• Health Care Reform Update 
• Misrepresentations & Plan Communications: Avoidance and Defense 
• U.S. DOL Audits/Subpoenas 
• Fiduciary Governance Update
• Ethics and ERISA Litigation
