Peter Sherwin will moderate the panel for ICC USA’s program “Expert Tips on Wing Arbitrator Nomination of Tribunal Chairs,” which will bring together expert arbitrators from both sides of the Atlantic to share tips and strategies drawn from their extensive experience interacting with their appointing counsel and the other wing arbitrator during the selection and appointment of tribunal chairs. The speakers will discuss the characteristics they seek in a tribunal chair, strategies to navigate procedural, ethical and interpersonal issues, and how to “get to yes” with both parties in the selection of a well-qualified candidate.
