John Ingrassia moderated a panel for the D.C. bar entitled, "Employee Non-Compete Clauses -- The Good, the Bad and the Law", where he and other panelists discussed a range of viewpoints on employee non-compete clauses and discussed their relative merits and drawbacks, along with how enforcers and private plaintiffs are changing the standard in the fast changing area of the law.
