Ana Vermal is an International Arbitration Counsel in the Litigation Department. She focuses on international commercial arbitration. Ana has represented clients from the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Asia in international arbitrations arising out of a variety of commercial and investment disputes.

Ana frequently works with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the American Arbitration Association’s International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), and also has substantial experience handling arbitrations under all major international arbitration rules, including those of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Swiss Chambers of Commerce and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). 

Ana is based in the Paris office and frequently works from the New York office. Prior to joining Proskauer’s Paris office, Ana was resident in the New York office for four years, where she gained extensive experience in both international arbitration and international litigation. A Spanish and Argentine citizen, Ana is fluent in English, French, Spanish and German.
