July 6, 2015 (London) - Global law firm Proskauer announced that Bruno Bertrand-Delfau has joined the firm’s London office as a partner in its Private Investment Funds practice.
Mr. Bertrand-Delfau has extensive experience in private equity secondary transactions, notably advising Ardian (formerly AXA Private Equity). He has worked on many landmark transactions in the industry – both in Europe and the U.S. – and advises institutional investors on their primary investments in private equity funds and other related transactions.
