July 7, 2017 (London) – International law firm Proskauer is advising client GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, on its acquisition of around 30% stake in Mergermarket Group from BC Partners. The transaction is subject to standard regulatory approvals.

Mergermarket is a global financial information company specializing in corporate financial news and analysis through a range of products. It provides the advisory, corporate and financial communities with financial intelligence, analysis and data. Mergermarket subscribers include advisory firms, investment banks, law firms, hedge funds, private equity firms and corporates. The company has over 1,200 staff in 65 locations worldwide.
