DNA Payments founder and CEO, Arif Babayev, commented "We thoroughly enjoyed working with the Proskauer M&A team; they had an in-depth knowledge of our business and the payments space, and provided valuable support and advice throughout the negotiations. We very much look forward to working with Proskauer in the future."
