The Private Funds Group is being recognized for advising leading global software investor Hg, as lead fundraising counsel, on its latest private equity fundraisings totalling approximately $11 billion across three vehicles. The triple simultaneous fundraisings include Hg Genesis 9 (€4.4 billion), Hg Mercury 3 (€1.3 billion) and Hg Saturn 2 ($4.85 billion) – all three funds hitting their hard-caps.

Our Private Credit Group is being recognized for advising funds managed by the Credit Group of Ares Management Corporation (“Ares”) on the largest ever unitranche financing representing in aggregate £1.875 billion commitment to The Ardonagh Group, the U.K.’s largest independent insurance broker, through Ares’ direct lending platform. The financing comprised a £1.575 billion unitranche loan and a £300 million committed capital expenditures facility. The combined £1.875 billion commitment represents the largest ever unitranche financing.
