Los Angeles (June 30, 2021) – Proskauer partners Kate Gold and Anthony J. Oncidi have been named to the Daily Journal’s Top Labor & Employment Lawyers in California list. Kate and Tony were selected for their contributions and excellence in the field.

Kate, a multi-year recipient of this award, has more than 25 years of experience representing clients in a range of industries, including entertainment, financial services, aerospace and healthcare, across all areas of employment law. Kate is a trusted advisor as well as a seasoned litigator in both class actions and single plaintiff matters. She has represented clients in all types of employment-related suits, including class and collective actions, discrimination, retaliation and harassment, non-compete and wage/hour matters.

Tony, a seven-time recipient of this award, represents employers and management in all aspects of labor relations and employment law, including litigation and preventive counseling, wage and hour matters, class actions, wrongful termination, employee discipline, Title VII and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, employee raiding and trade secret protection.

Recently, both Kate and Tony have been recognized for labor & employment in Chambers USA 2021. Kate was also recognized by the Daily Journal as one of California’s Top Women Lawyers in 2020. Tony was also named to The Hollywood Reporter’s 2021 list of “Top 100 Power Lawyers.”
