This is the fourth time Jay has been named to China Business Law Journal’s A-List. He was previously named to the annual list in 2021, 2020 and 2019. This year, Jay was selected for his work in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, funds and real estate.
A partner in Proskauer’s Corporate Department, Jay has extensive experience advising regional and global private equity, venture capital and hedge funds, and investment banks and strategic investors in their investment activities throughout Asia. He represents clients on deals involving a broad range of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, health care, education, telecommunications and media.
