Yizhen Clark is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. She advises clients on a range of matters including fund formations, secondary transactions and fund restructurings.
Her fundraising experience spans the private equity asset class for sponsors with a wide variety of strategies such as buyout, venture and secondaries. Her secondaries experience includes advising on both buy-side and sell-side mandates of portfolio transfers.
