Vineet Chandra is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group.

Vineet earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law and Treasurer of the Law School Student Senate. He was also a member of the International Transactions Clinic and the University of Michigan Social Venture Fund. During his 1L summer, Vineet interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Trading & Markets in Washington D.C.

Vineet’s work on beneficial ownership regulation and the United Nations appeared in the Michigan Journal of International Law in 2020.
