Tiffany Woo is an associate in the Litigation Department. She focuses on complex litigation in federal and state courts with a particular emphasis on intellectual property disputes. Tiffany has handled employee movement and trade secrets matters for clients in a variety of industries. In addition, she has handled trademark and copyright infringement litigation on behalf of companies in the consumer products, apparel, and music industries, as well as trademark prosecution matters, false advertising cases and other types of commercial litigation.
Tiffany also maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in immigration and family court in connection with applications for asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Tiffany was on the editorial board of Columbia Law School’s Journal of Law and Social Problems and worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Gerard E. Lynch at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
