Tiffany Woo is an associate in the Litigation Department. She focuses on complex litigation in federal and state courts with a particular emphasis on intellectual property disputes. Tiffany has handled trademark infringement litigation and trademark prosecution matters for clients in a variety of industries, including but not limited to significant matters in the consumer products, apparel, jewelry and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, she has extensive experience with employee movement and trade secrets matters, false advertising cases, and copyright infringement claims, as well as other types of commercial litigation.
Tiffany also maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in immigration and family court in connection with applications for asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Tiffany was on the editorial board of Columbia Law School’s Journal of Law and Social Problems and worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Gerard E. Lynch at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
