Sinead is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group.

Sinead advises private equity fund sponsors throughout the lifecycle of their funds, which includes assisting with the formation of private investment funds and co-investment funds, facilitating the funds’ investments in portfolio companies, as well as fund ownership and operational matters.

Sinead’s fundraising experience spans the private equity asset class for sponsors with a wide variety of strategies such as buyout, venture and growth capital, infrastructure, real estate and impact.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Sinead was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges (London) and an investor relations associate at Maitland Consultancy.
