Perry A. Cacace joined Proskauer in 1979 and has been a partner of the Firm for over 30 years. He is presently co-chair of the Real Estate Department and has served as a member of the Firm's Executive Committee.
Perry assists clients with respect to a broad range of transactions, including development, restructuring and financing transactions for American Realty Capital, Hines Interests, Marathon Real Estate Opportunity Fund, DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners, The Johnson Company, Rubicon Company and Weinberg Properties.
Perry also is a member of the Real Estate Finance, Private Equity Real Estate, Sports Law and Hospitality, Gaming & Leisure Groups and regularly advises clients in these areas with respect to real estate and related matters.
