Paul Romatet is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department.
Paul advises clients on labor and employment issues and assists companies in individual and collective litigations including the negotiation of settlement solutions. Paul also advises companies on day-to-day HR issues such as the draft of employment contracts, the organization of termination or disciplinary processes, and wage and hour questions. He is also experienced in collective employment issues involving union law and employee representative institutions (election processes, consultation of the staff representatives, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, etc).
His practice also encompasses assisting his clients in matters of health and safety (regulatory obligations, relationship with the health and safety committee), social security law and social protection (inspection by the social security authorities, occupational accidents and diseases, litigation in front of social security courts and relationship with social security institutions).
In addition, Paul handles employment related criminal matters. In this regard, Paul can assist clients through criminal cases involving concealed work, health and safety issues and represent his clients as civil party in cases involving their employees.
Paul is a teaching assistant in social protection law at the University of Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne.
