Natalia Quiroga is a Private Credit associate and member of the Global Finance practice and Private Capital Team.

Natalia focuses her practice on UK and cross-border leverage acquisition finance and corporate lending transactions. 

Natalia has experience representing financial institutions and private credit funds, as well as private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers across a wide range of syndicated, unitranche, club, second-lien, mezzanine and PIK-debt financings, often in the context of leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinancings and restructurings on both middle-market and large-cap transactions.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Natalia was a managing associate at a magic-circle firm, where she represented banks and other financial institutions in connection with leveraged finance and TLB/syndicated loans transactions.

Natalia has also undertaken a client secondment at one of the largest credit asset managers, working with deal teams in an array of private credit transactions.
