Miriam S. Dubin is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department and a member of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group.
In the employee benefits area, Miriam’s practice focuses on an array of tax and benefits issues impacting both multiemployer and single-employer benefit plans and plan fiduciaries. She assists clients on matters pertaining to plan administration, design and qualification, as well as regulatory, legislative and legal compliance. In the executive compensation area, Miriam has assisted in the representation of senior executives and corporations on a range of executive compensation matters.
Miriam received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law magna cum laude, where she graduated Order of the Coif and was an articles editor of the Cardozo Law Review.
