As a Litigation associate, Melissa DiGrande focuses her practice on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. She has experience handling contract disputes, business torts, insurance coverage matters, and bankruptcy litigation. Melissa has represented clients across a broad range of industries, including professional sports, lodging, pharmaceuticals, and private equity.
In addition, Melissa maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on immigration law and asylum issues.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Melissa earned a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she completed a certificate program in business management at The Wharton School and served as an executive editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law.
