Masha Nazginova is an associate in the Employment Litigation & Arbitration Group, the Labor-Management Relations Group, and the Employment Counseling & Training Group. She focuses her practice on litigating workplace discrimination, retaliation and harassment claims, conducting investigations, and counseling clients on a variety of employment matters. She regularly represents clients in federal and state courts, as well as in proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights, New York City Commission on Human Rights, and other federal and state agencies. Masha has also represented clients in all aspects of labor-management relations, including administration of collective bargaining agreements, matters before the National Labor Relations Board and related litigation.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Masha was a litigation associate at Jones Day. Masha clerked for the Honorable Jane R. Roth of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Timothy J. Savage of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Before law school, she worked in consulting and the human resources department at IBM.
