Karin Dulac

Karin Dulac has extensive experience in collective employment issues, in particular with staff representation issues, including elections, information-consultation process and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements; redundancy programs, including voluntary departure plans and involuntary dismissal plans; and reorganizations, including spin-offs, outsourcing, transfer of undertakings and acquisitions.

Karin also assists clients in their litigation process and regularly advises French and multinational companies on contentious employment discrimination matters.

She joined Proskauer in October 2005 and worked in the New York office in 2007.
