Joanne S. Ollman, Chief Professional Resources Officer at Proskauer, has more than 25 years of experience in the area of associate relations. She has overall responsibility for associate and staff hiring, professional development and training, evaluations, compensation, diversity, pro bono, and retention and morale. She also oversees the firm's paralegal program.
Prior to joining Proskauer in 2006, Joanne was the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Weil, Gotshal and Manges. She also worked in a similar capacity at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Cravath, Swaine and Moore.
Joanne has been a speaker on assorted recruitment and human relations topics, including flexible work schedules, career development, evaluation and feedback systems, associate orientation, and dealing with the press, for the New York City Bar, PLI, LegalTech, NALP and NALSC.
