Tyler Moser advises clients on a broad range of U.S. federal corporate, partnership and international tax matters in connection with public and private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, restructurings, fund formation, securities issuances and general tax planning. Tyler has extensive experience assisting clients with renewable energy investments, the partnership audit rules, the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act (FIRPTA), the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), Reports of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR) and information reporting compliance.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Tyler worked as a tax associate for a large international law firm. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Ruwe at the U.S. Tax Court from 2014 to 2017.
