Hayley H. Fritchie is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department. She represents employers in a wide range of employment litigation such as defending claims of discrimination, harassment, and violations of wage and hour laws in state and federal courts.
Hayley has represented clients across industries, including sports, media, and financial institutions. She also counsels clients on day-to-day labor and employment issues.
Hayley takes an active role in pro bono matters, providing assistance on appeal and on counseling matters on a wide array of employment issues in various industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Hayley served as a law clerk to the Honorable E. Grady Jolly of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and as a law clerk to the Honorable Daniel P. Jordan III of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
