As special labor relations counsel, Erin Conroy focuses her practice on public sector labor and employment matters. Erin counsels employers on how to avoid litigation and achieve their employee relations objectives. She also regularly handles labor disputes, including litigating matters before the New York State Public Employment Relations Board, New York City Office of Collective Bargaining and various public interest arbitration panels. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the City of New York are among the clients Erin has represented.

Before joining Proskauer, Erin served as a staff attorney for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. While at the agency, she counseled management on a wide range of labor and employment issues, and represented the agency in proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Merit Systems Protection Board.
