Cole Lewis is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department. Cole has experience practicing in federal and state courts, and before administrative agencies such as the California Public Employment Relations Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. As part of his employment litigation practice, Cole has assisted in single-plaintiff lawsuits and class and collective actions. In addition, Cole has experience developing company policies and counseling clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Cole graduated from UCLA School of Law, where he worked as a law clerk for Public Counsel of Los Angeles and advocated for benefit recipients in the Department of Public Social Services.
Prior to law school, Cole received his Bachelor’s degree in Journalism at Indiana University, where he graduated cum laude.
