Cédric Jacquelet is a partner in the Labor & Employment Law Department.
Cédric assists French and foreign employers on collective labor relations and reorganizations, offering them both advice and litigation support. He handles health and safety matters in criminal litigation and liaises with the French administration. Cédric also advises and defends employers in social security law issues, occupational accidents and diseases, social protection matters and URSSAF audits.
Cédric has a PhD in private law and a Master’s degree (DESS) in labor and employment law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He is a senior lecturer in social security law at the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. He previously worked for major French law firms.
