Caroline Cima is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department and a member of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group.
In the employee benefits area, Caroline’s practice focuses on an array of tax and benefits issues affecting both single-employer and multiemployer benefit plans and plan fiduciaries. She assists clients on matters pertaining to plan administration, design and qualification, as well as regulatory, legislative and legal compliance. In the executive compensation area, Caroline assists in the representation of senior executives and corporations across a broad range of matters. Caroline also has experience analyzing both employee benefits and executive compensation issues in connection with corporate transactions, including conducting due diligence.
Caroline earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was the managing editor of the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts.
