Brandon Clark is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Firm’s Insurance Recovery & Counseling Group.
Brandon has represented a general contractor in a multi-million dollar E&O coverage dispute arising from a massive public works project, as well as a general contractor in a dispute with its insurance consultant over defects in the consultant’s custom-designed CCIP.
In addition, he was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2018 and by the D.C. Bar for his commitment to pro bono service in both 2016 and 2017.
He earned his J.D. cum laude from DePaul University College of Law, during which time he interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois, U.S. District Judge Ruben Castillo and the ACLU of Illinois.
Prior to law school, Brandon was a licensed professional engineer and consulted for the nuclear industry on matters involving safety-mandated power plant retrofits.
