Proskauer

Ariane Duchesne is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department. She advises employers in collective employment issues involving union law and employee representative bodies; election processes, consultation of the staff representatives, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, collective redundancy programs. She is also experienced in individual employment issues.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Ariane worked for a French law firm focusing on employment law. Ariane also has a wide experience in assisting clients on the handling of data leaks and on the process to implement solutions when confronted to such leaks. She handles the legal proceedings that may be carried out and the measures that can be taken against the employees responsible for the leaks.
