Alexis Rosett is an associate in the Tax Department and a member of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group.
During her time at Proskauer, Alexis has focused on a wide range of tax matters related to executive compensation and employee benefits. Alexis has assisted clients in both the context of day-to-day matters and in connection with corporate transactions. She has gained experience working across a broad variety of industries including financial services, private equity, entertainment and sports.
Alexis earned her J.D. from the New York University School of Law, where she was an Articles Editor of the New York University Journal of Legislation & Public Policy.
